FAQ
Ricky Casino offers a large selection of online pokies, video slots, jackpot games and other casino titles from international software providers. The game lobby usually includes categories such as slots, new games, jackpots, table games, live casino titles and casual games.
Examples of pokies and slot-style games that may appear in the Ricky Casino catalogue include titles such as 3 Pots of Olympus, Coins of Dragon - Hold & Win, Gold Nugget Rush - Hold & Win, Big Wild Buffalo, Lady Wolf Moon Megaways, Wild Cash x9990, Rainbow Bonanza 2000 and other games from providers such as Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Betsoft, Playson, Red Tiger, Relax Gaming, Yggdrasil, Thunderkick, Spinomenal and similar studios.
To find suitable pokies, open the Ricky Casino game lobby, choose the slots or pokies section, then use the search bar, provider filter or category filter. Before playing for real money, check whether the selected game is available in your country, because some providers or individual titles may be restricted depending on your location.
Ricky Casino may offer a no-deposit-style registration bonus in the form of free spins after account registration and email confirmation. The availability of this offer can depend on the current promotion, account status, country, and bonus terms shown in the player account.
Australian players should not assume that a free bonus is automatically active. The safest way to check is to create an account, confirm the email address, open the Promotions or Bonuses section, and read the exact bonus conditions before activating or using any free spins.
Typical no-deposit or free-spins conditions may include a short expiry period, wagering requirements, a maximum cashout limit and game restrictions. If the bonus is not shown in the cashier or bonus section, contact support before depositing or playing.
Australian players should first submit the complaint directly to Ricky Casino support. Use live chat or the official support email, explain the issue clearly, and include all relevant details such as username, transaction ID, withdrawal amount, payment method, bonus used, KYC status and screenshots.
If the issue is not resolved by the casino, players can escalate the complaint through the licensing channel shown on the official Ricky Casino website. Ricky Casino currently refers to the Tobique Gaming Commission licence, so players should use the complaints route connected with the official Tobique licence seal or validation page.
For Australia-specific regulatory concerns, such as an offshore gambling service being offered to people in Australia, players can also report the matter to ACMA. However, an ACMA complaint is mainly a regulatory complaint and should not be treated as a guaranteed way to recover lost funds.
Before filing any complaint, prepare the following evidence:
- account email or username;
- dates and amounts of deposits or withdrawals;
- screenshots of pending, rejected or cancelled payments;
- copies of chat or email conversations with support;
- bonus terms that applied when the issue happened;
- KYC or verification requests and upload confirmations.
According to the current Ricky Casino website terms, Ricky Casino is operated by Novatrix SRL and works under an e-gaming licence issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission. The licence number shown in the current terms is No. 0000002.
This means Ricky Casino should be described as an offshore online casino licensed outside Australia. It should not be presented as an Australian-licensed casino or as a casino regulated by an Australian gambling authority.
Because casino ownership and licensing details can change, players should always check the footer, Terms and Conditions page, and licence validation link on the official Ricky Casino website before registering or depositing.
Ricky Casino supports several fiat and cryptocurrency options. The current casino terms list currencies such as AUD, USD, EUR, CAD, NZD, BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC and DOG. This means crypto payments may be available to Australian players if they appear in the cashier after login.
To deposit with crypto, log in to your Ricky Casino account, open the Cashier or Payments section, choose the available cryptocurrency, copy the wallet address carefully, and send only the supported coin and network. Sending the wrong coin or using the wrong network may lead to a permanent loss of funds.
Crypto availability can depend on country, account status and verification. Ricky Casino may also require identity verification before crypto deposits, bets or withdrawals are fully available. Always check the cashier limits, fees, exchange rate rules and withdrawal conditions before using BTC, ETH, USDT or any other cryptocurrency.
Ricky Casino’s own terms do not currently list Australia among the restricted countries, and the site supports AUD as one of its currencies. This suggests that the casino may allow registration attempts from Australian residents if the player meets the age, account and verification requirements.
However, this should not be interpreted as confirmation that Ricky Casino is licensed or authorised in Australia. Online casino-style gambling services, including pokies, are heavily restricted under Australian interactive gambling rules. Australian players should check local laws and understand the risks before using any offshore casino.
If you decide to register, use only accurate personal details, confirm your email, complete any required KYC checks, and read the Terms and Conditions, bonus rules, restricted country rules and withdrawal rules before depositing. Do not create multiple accounts, use a VPN to bypass restrictions, or provide false documents, because this may lead to account closure and cancelled winnings.
Ricky Casino is best described as a mobile-friendly casino rather than a casino with a confirmed official App Store or Google Play application for Australian users. Players can usually access the casino through a mobile browser on iPhone, iPad, Android phones and Android tablets.
To use Ricky Casino on mobile, open the official website in Safari, Chrome or another trusted browser, log in to your account, and use the mobile version of the casino. If your browser offers an “Add to Home Screen” option, you may create a shortcut for faster access.
Players should be careful with APK files or app download pages from third-party websites. Only use an app or download link if it is clearly provided by the verified official Ricky Casino domain. Installing gambling apps from unknown sources can expose your device and payment data to unnecessary security risks.
